Day 7: Observing Our Emotions

Notice if you are experiencing an emotion right now (or notice when you experience one today) and instead of labeling it as you normally might (e.g. stressed, angry, scared, excited, etc.) describe what sensations you notice (e.g. hot, cold, tightness, etc.).
Post a picture of you experiencing the emotion with a description of what you are observing or share with us the emotion as you would usually label it and the sensations you noticed. Remember to tag us using #BeingYouHolidayChallenge and tag me @beingamandaj.
