Day 8: Accepting Our Emotions

Right now, whatever emotion you are experiencing (elation, anger, sadness, boredom, excitement, etc.) do something to honor that emotion or express it in some way. This might be going to your bedroom and crying for a few minutes, punching a pillow, jumping up and down with excitement, writing a love letter, whatever.
