Less Is More ... Unless We're Talking about Presence

It dawned on me just the other day just how information-saturated we are as a society. It's hard to go 5 minutes without being bombarded by more information.

I realize this is not a new concept and I've probably recognized it for quite some time now, but it really struck me the other day as I recognized just how much I, too, play into this culture of quantity over quality.

In this video, I am going to practice the art of "less is more" and offer up just one nugget of wisdom for you to chew on. (Though I believe this one nugget will be plenty to chew on.)

Sometimes more is not more. Sometimes more is simply too much. {Tweet that!}

I want to start being more mindful of the "what" more than the "how much" as I move forward and continue to offer up content to my audience. I believe we can all be more mindful of this as we continue to live in a world where we have more than enough information at our fingertips at any moment of the day.

We don't need more—to be more, do more, have more. We (and the present moment) are already more than enough.

Now it's your turn (because we all know just one nugget isn't enough)! ;)

What is one "mindful moment" you've heard or said recently? Please share it in the comments below or in the Facebook group.

With gratitude ...

P.S. If this one nugget didn't completely satisfy you, be sure to sign up to download my free ebook, "You Mean I'm NOT Doing It Wrong? A Recovering Perfectionist's Guide to Being Good with Being You" where I offer up more than one piece to chew on.
